What I Sell

I sell digital downloadable products, including PDF guides about French cuisine, culture, and cooking techniques. All products are delivered electronically via email after purchase.

Purchasing & Payment

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. I don’t store your payment information.
Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation with your download link immediately after successful payment. If you don’t receive it within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact me.
Access: Download links are valid permanently from purchase date. Please download and save your files.

Refunds & Returns

Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, I cannot offer refunds once you’ve downloaded the product.

However, if there’s a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase (broken link, corrupted file, etc.), contact me within 14 days and we’ll resolve it or issue a refund.

Under EU consumer protection law, you have 14 days to cancel digital purchases, but this right is waived once you download the product, as you’re acknowledging you want immediate access.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Copyright: All content in the digital products is copyrighted and owned by Obviously French.

What You Can Do:

• Download and keep the files for personal use
• Print copies for your own use
• Use recipes and techniques in your own cooking

What You Cannot Do:

• Share, distribute, or resell the digital products
• Upload files to sharing sites or social media
• Reproduce content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices

If you want to share content from my guides, please direct people to purchase their own copy.

Limitation of Liability

The digital products are for informational and educational purposes. While I strive for accuracy, I cannot guarantee results from following our recipes or advice.

I’m not liable for:

• Any damages from using (or inability to use) our products
• Allergic reactions or dietary issues – always check ingredients yourself
• Technical issues with downloads or file compatibility
• Loss of files after the download period expires
